This Free People blouse has been on repeat for the past couple weeks. I’m obsessed with the clean blue and white stripes, the detail in the button closures down the front and the flared bell cuffs. It’s an oversized effortless fit with movement and draping in the back, that creates a fun and flirty feel. The tie neck was looped through the back and meant to be tied under the collar and in a bow, but I wanted to switch it up and create a matching choker! Chokers are a great way to create the appearance of a longer, more elegant neck – very 90’s! I love pairing this top with something more edgy like a ripped pair of denim.
I’m almost always in heels and I wanted to keep the color theme cool and monochromatic. These Ivanka Trump block heel sandals have a minimalistic silhouette, but add a subtle statement with the light blue shade and the texturized suede material. It’s always a good idea to stick with similar tones to create a sophisticated look!
