Happy April! I absolutely love this time of year. It’s not only because my birthday is on April 12th, but there is just something so magical about the warm weather, the spring blooms and the feminine styles that make me so happy. I know the weather may not read ‘spring’ just yet, but we have gotten short bursts of whats to come in NY and I could not be more excited. I’ve been bringing out all of my favorite spring pieces from last year, but I’m always looking to add a few pairs of shoes to step into a new season with some fresh styles. As you can tell, a good portion of my top shoe picks for spring are in neutral, soft shades and there is a good reason why. I find myself gravitating more towards neutral shades when putting together looks, as a soft pink sandal, or beige slide will take you much further than a hot pink heel.
These soft pink mules are a recent purchase of mine. I am in love with the color and they are extremely comfy. The best part is that they are under $100! There are also so many cute styles out there that are under $100 like these block heeled espadrilles that also come in the most gorgeous blue and beige shade, and these espadrilles. Last season, an espadrille was one of my warm weather staples because of there versatility, comfort and all around feminine style. This season, I will definitely be sporting an espadrille, a subtle yellow wedge, and casual espadrille sneakers.
