You probably saw a sneak peek of this outfit on my Instagram last week, but I loved it too much not to do a full outfit post. I bought this two piece set from Revolve last month and I was coveting it for a special occasion. When that special occasion finally arrived, I was ready and certainly eager to wear this look. Majorelle is one of my favorite brands on Revolve because they have modern and effortless designs. The brand has created The Sangria set for a number of their collections, so it was no surprise they brought it back again for this summer collection. The set was first created in a bright red color, and since then it has been featured a few other color ways. It was an outfit I’d been eyeing but waited and waited until it was made in a light blue color. For some reason I always pictured it looking majestic in a dusty blue shade, and as luck would have it, The Sangria Set in dusty blue was born!
This set is so unique and the details are simply perfection. The top is a modern take on the classic off the shoulder top, as it features an elastic neckline and hem with an adorable tasseled closure. I love how the tassel closure allows for a custom fit because you can adjust the elastic hemline/neckline to fit as tight or as loose as you want. The ruffled detailing throughout the top just creates a serene and billowed effect that I am obsessed with.
Now, if you think I loved the top, then there aren’t words for how I feel about the Sangria Maxi Skirt. If I could design a skirt, this is the silhouette I would use. It is absolutely dreamy in every way possible. The airy design has movement and makes you feel like there is an invisible fan following me wherever I go…really, I’m serious. The great thing about this skirt is that you can dress it down with a simple white t-shirt and a strappy sandal and have a totally different look.

My favorite detail is the button closure running down the front because it allows for a subtle hint of skin and gives you an opportunity to show off your shoe. Which leads me to my newest obsession – The Channon Heels for Club Monaco. Aren’t they beautiful? The creamy oatmeal shade and the wavy straps are so delicate and sophisticated. The design is very elevated and they can be paired with several different summer looks. I wore them in my last post with a more casual look, but they can easily transition into a dressier summertime look.
