For some reason I’ve always been drawn to blazers, but finding the right fitting one has not always been easy. Sometimes the silhouette is to fitted or the arms and overall blazer are to short. With that being said, I wanted to introduce you all to my newest find and current obsession – this Reformation Valero stripped blazer. I picked this piece up at Reformation for my birthday in April and I have been wearing it every since. I love everything about it, from the perfectly contrasting tan hues, to the menswear inspired fit, its versatility and of course the matching skirt! Reformation has designed the ideal spring suiting with an effortless silhouette and the feminine figure in mind.
Different trends from the 90’s are constantly being reintroduced, so it is no surprise that the suit jacket and matching skirt have made a comeback. Women’s linen suiting from the 90’s had a slightly different silhouette, as the hemlines were a bit longer and the suit jackets had larger shoulder pads. But, leave it to Reformation to modernize this timeless combination. The oversized fit of the jacket compliments the A-line skirt perfectly. The fitted skirt paired with the menswear inspired jacket helps to keep that effortless cool girl vibe.

Aside from the fact that this jacket pairs perfectly with the matching linen skirt, it’s one of those wear with everything pieces. I love paring it with denim cutoffs or distressed denim because it can go from a chic causal piece to a perfect day-time dressy topper depending on what you wear it with. This jacket and skirt set is so sophisticated and pulled together, which is why I chose to share them styled together to all of you. I know a lot of you have upcoming graduation events or just end of school year celebrations and this would be perfect for any occasion. Naturally, I’m obsessed because I have been wearing it non-stop and it works with everything. I LOVE it!
I finished off the look with my new favorite block heel sandals, that can be paired with just about everything, and my Estee Lauder Sculpting Gloss in “Suggestive Kiss”. This gloss is long lasting and the subtle hint of color is buildable and luminous. It has been my recent go-to!
