Happy Friday! I’m so happy the weekend is here and the weather is picture perfect here in NY. I am excited to share this post with you, which features one of my favorite silhouettes – the wrap dress. The reason I love wrap dresses is because they are classic, comfortable all day (or all night), and extremely flattering to a range of body types. That’s a total win win if you ask me! There are so many events and celebrations going on around this time of year, whether it’s a high school or college graduation or maybe even a spring wedding! You may even be gearing up to celebrate your own college graduation (like me) and have several school events that you need outfits for (again, like me) haha. Well, whatever that special occasion might be, it’s important to find a look that looks and feels effortless and for me, that’s definitely a wrap dress. So, I’ve recently been searching for different wrap dresses, in maxi or mini styles, to wear to these special occasions because, again, they are so feminine, elegant and timeless.

Normally I’m pretty loyal to my solid colors – unless we’re talking about a statement coat like the duster I wore in my previous post. If I ever dare to walk into print territory, I tend to gravitate toward subtle stripes or minimal prints. But every rule has an exception, right? When I came across this Auguste The Label floral wrap dress, that rule went out the window! Something about the beautiful combination of this bold bright blue and the floral print just spoke to me. The ruffle detailing along the hem is so fun and flirty and it’s absolutely perfect for spring! I’m also a little partial to dresses because you can always dress them up or down. I chose to style this dress with a pair of my favorite classic strappy heels, but this dress could definitely be categorized as one of those wear-with-anything numbers. So, I plan on wearing this dress casually with a pair of bright white sneakers or with a delicate mid-heeled open toe sandal. No matter how you chose to style your wrap dress, there’s no doubt you will be obsessed with your look!
