Wearing: Nicole Miller Trim Silk Cold Should Top| 3×1 Fringed Denim | Nasty Gal Sandals
Classic Combo – Nicole Miller
There isn’t a better combination than a silky white button down and a pair of great fitting denim. Today, I’m changing things up and adding an elevated twist to this classic combo.
The cold shoulder trend is here to stay and Nicole Miller has created the perfect white blouse that features this ultimate summer trend. Their modern take on a classic silhouette is simply gorgeous, to say the least. This Trim Silk Cold Shoulder Top is cool, classic and could easily fit just about any personal style. The trim detailing creates a dressier feel, while the flouncy un-even hem adds a touch of playfulness and allows the piece to work casually as well. I’m not one for tucking in, as it can sometimes create a really “buttoned up” and stiff look. So, the uneven silhouette is an effortless dream for me…and it shows a little bit of skin, which I love during the summer!
I am always on the hunt for unique, yet wearable denim pieces that I can easily incorporate into my denim arsenal. Your denim drawer can always use a refresh. Right? What I’ve been loving for denim recently are a raw hem, undone hem, and especially a frayed hem! These 3×1 Fringe Jeans have made there way into my life and I could not be more thrilled. The fit, wash and added fringe detail adds a subtle and interesting statement, to yet another classic piece. The undone or fringed hem is another trend that I think everyone should try. The only problem is, once you start, you might not be able to stop….take it from me haha!
I always enjoy taking classic pairings and finding ways to spice them up! Don’t get me wrong – a simple white button down and a pair of denim is one of the greatest parings ever created. But if you’re looking for versions of these wardrobe essentials that will really stand out…I have the answer to your search!
I hope you all enjoyed this post and I wish you a very happy Friday!
Love, Liv
xx
