The inspo behind this look came from the model off duty moments I found when scrolling through street style sites. 90’s style is trending hard these days, from high-waisted “mom jeans”, to bodysuits and my all-time favorites – chokers and slip dresses. The best way to get in on this seasons coolest looks? Taking a silk slip, or evening esqué dress like so and pairing it with a cropped white tee. It’s a casual and elevated take on the era’s most famous style. These timeless and easy pieces, the white t-shirt and black spaghetti-strap slip, go together like peanut butter and jelly. Both separates are so simple, however, what you accessorize with will really define the look. I went for a more edgy route and styled these pieces with a black leather choker and suede slip-on mules. I am literally obsessed with Fallon Jewelry and their simply perfect choker creations. These slip on mules, which I now refer to as my “loafs”, have become a wardrobe staple and an extremely versatile piece. I can wear them effortlessly with a dress or a pair of distressed denim.
