This week I have been shopping all over the city and starting to put together potential outfits for NYFW. I haven’t finalized all of the looks yet, but it’s always nice to have options! So if I see something that looks ‘fashion week worthy’, it will most likely be coming home with me. On this particular day, I was searching through the streets of Soho and found a couple of cute items that I can’t wait for you to see. I finished that day off with the most amazing Italian dinner at Angelo’s of Mulberry Street in Little Italy. As an Italian girl that grew up eating the most delicious Italian food, I know a delicious chicken parmesan when I taste it…..and boy was Angelo’s chicken parm tasty. The sweet tomato sauce complemented the creamy mozzarella cheese perfectly. You have to try this place! I can’t wait to go back for another family dinner at our new favorite Italian spot.

I don’t know if it gets more “fall in New York” than this. I am absolutely in love with these pieces from Polo Ralph Lauren this season. There is something about this all American brand that embodies the true essence of autumn. Ralph Lauren’s color palettes, textures, prints, and silhouettes lend themselves to being worn during the fall season. For half a century, amidst a competitive industry, Ralph Lauren has truly held his own. He is the quintessential idea of an all-American designer, and his pieces are in a class of their own. I have always had a deep connection to the brand, as I used to grow up admiring Ralph Lauren advertisements and thinking how the campaigns exuded a sense of strength and beauty, as well as displaying such gorgeous clothing.
